My paints are my chemistry set.
I love the accidental and experimental nature of combining colors, seeing
patterns and forms emerge. Some of the best works have a
Rorschach-like quality that tells more about the viewer, who is left
with open-ended questions with no “right” answer.
I am intrigued how dreams and
archetypes affect the perception of reality and I am a spiritual
artist who incorporates mystical teachings from Kabbalah using
color, repetition, patterns, and symbols.
My art is a way of seeing and
understanding the world, as a paradigm or a metaphor, what I call
“templates of reality”.
My quest as an artist is to understand myself and connect to the
world. I am on a journey using art as a catalyst for effective
change. Through my art, I seek to foster the childlike sense of
wonder about the universe, to be integrated and to connect soul to
soul with the viewer. My art is interactive and asks the viewer to
participate in the process to solve the puzzle or riddle, thus
unlocking the hidden creative potential in a person. I am successful
when my art releases hidden feelings which allows for healing and a
deeper understanding of self, life’s mission and purpose in the
world. My desire is that the viewer sees my art as a testament to
the beauty, harmony, and splendor of G-d; the art becomes a conduit,
another channel to feel spiritually connected to the mysteries of
the world.
